IUCN Commission on Ecosystem management is seeking a regional lead for the Mesoamerica and Caribbean region. This person will work with the co-lead, Dariana Avila, also from the YPN de CEM de Mesoamérica y el Caribe.
Key duties include staying up to date on regional initiatives, coordinating with national focal points, supporting the implementation of the 8.121 Resolution (Increasing the participation of subnational governments across and through the Union, https://portals.iucn.org/library/sites/library/files/resrecfiles/WCC_2025_RES_121_EN.pdf), and informing the steering committee.
