The RCF24ENCA will take place in the city of Bruges, Belgium, a UNESCO World Heritage site, from Monday 30 Sept to Thursday 3 Oct at the Bruges Meeting and Convention Centre (BMCC). The venue is located in the heart of the city's historic centre, within walking distance of numerous hotels.
The venue and accessibility
The Bruges Meeting and Convention Centre (BMCC) can be easily reached on foot, by bicycle, public transport or car. It is located in the heart of the historic centre of Bruges, within walking distance of numerous hotels, historic attractions and world-famous museums, and a 15-minute walk from the Bruges railway station. The building is wheelchair-friendly with elevators to each floor and it is a green key building.
The Forum will be spread over multiple floors with Plenary sessions in the Auditorium on the 1st floor, break-out sessions in the meeting rooms on the 3rd floor, and the Forum Fair, catering and coffee/tea breaks as well as the Youth Oasis on the 4th floor.

The city centre of Bruges is highly accessible, with no need for transportation, as its compact layout and pedestrian-friendly streets allow for easy exploration entirely on foot. An easy way to reach Bruges is by flying to the Brussels International Airport (BRU) and taking the direct train from Brussels Airport to Bruges.

Your badge is your entrance ticket to all sessions. They can be collected at the entrance hall on the morning of the 30 of September and throughout the Forum duration. Please remember to wear your badge throughout the conference. Participants without badges can be denied access to conference rooms and sessions.
The first day of the Forum on 30 September 2024 will be open to the public, while the 1 and 2 October 2024 will be member-only sessions.
Visa support
Delegates requiring a visa to enter Belgium are advised to apply at their nearest Belgian Embassy. To assist with your application, visa support and official invitation letters can be requested during the registration process.
Health requirements
There are no vaccination requirements for Belgium but the National Travel Health Network and Centre and WHO recommend the following vaccinations: COVID-19, rabies, tickborne encephalitis and tetanus.
Security information
Belgium, and Bruges in particular, are relatively safe. Be vigilant of pickpockets in areas of high levels of tourism and on public transport.
